    1. Itinerary Itinerary

An English speaking driver with car/minivan will provide transport  from an organized meeting point to the most famous archeological site in the world, Pompei, where guests will meet their expert guide.

The visit will include and bring to life the absolute highlights of Pompei: The Forum, Bath Houses, villas, frescoes, mosaics and the Amphitheater.

Also included is a visit to The Garden of the Fugitives that houses the plaster casts of an entire family who tried to escape Pompei during the famous volcanic Vesuvian eruption of 79 AD.

In this garden , thanks to modern technologies, archaeo-botanists have been able to  recreate a replica of a typical vineyard from2000 years ago.

Our next stop is a visit to an eighteenth-century farmhouse.

The tour includes a lovely walk through an experimental vineyard, where an expert will demonstrate the vineyard’s biodynamic project and present the different varietal wine grapes.

The icing on the cake is seeing re-introduced methods of storing wine in amphorae  like the ancient Romans did.
